Chocolate Fondue

Yesterday was National Chocolate Day!  In honor of the holiday, I whipped up some chocolate fondue for dessert last night.  It is so simple to make and is great for when in a pinch because you are bound to have something that tastes great dipped into chocolate in your pantry.
Chocolate Fondue
-Either a handful of your favorite dairy free chocolate chips or a few squares of your favorite dairy free chocolate bar (Trader Joe's makes vegan semi-sweet chips and vegan dark chocolate bars)
-Few splashes of soy milk
-Splash of coffee (optional)

Place all of the ingredients into a microwave safe dish and heat for 30 seconds.  Stir the mixture and microwave for an additional 15 seconds, or until completely melted.  Stir thoroughly until the chocolate and soy milk is well combined.

Serve with whatever you have in the pantry.  Some of my favorite things to dip in are pretzels (I love sweet and salty!), marshmallows, bananas,  and strawberries.
Yes...that is a jumbo marshmallow.
Enjoy!
